We welcome applicants who have some experience in any of the following areas: Emergency, Paediatrics, Neonatal Care, Maternity, Obstetrics, Gynaecology, or broader Women’s and Children’s Health services, including DCJ experience. In this role, you will provide psychosocial support across diverse clinical areas, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient‑centred care. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in high‑pressure environments while supporting families through complex health and social challenges. What You'll Be Doing Provide psychosocial and emotional support to patients and their families; assess and manage social welfare needs; liaise with multidisciplinary teams; maintain accurate documentation; facilitate discharge planning and community referrals; support patients in crisis; advocate for patient and family needs; and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
