Learn more about us here: About the Role We’re searching for a creative, hands‑on Social Media Content Creator who’s passionate about bringing stories to life through digital platforms. You’ll be someone who loves capturing and shaping content that feels authentic, engaging, and made for social. This role suits a creator who enjoys editing short‑form videos, and producing social content that grabs attention and drives connection. If you’re driven by storytelling, community‑building, and creating content with purpose, you’ll thrive here. You’ll help share real stories of recovery, highlight genuine experiences, and build trust with workers, employers, and industry partners. This is a full‑time, in‑house position based in Bankstown, NSW. What You’ll Do Edit and polish short‑form videos with tools like CapCut , Premiere Pro , or mobile editing apps. Manage the social content calendar, plan, produce, and publish posts across LinkedIn , Instagram , TikTok , Facebook , and YouTube . Create authentic, scroll‑stopping videos, photos, and reels that spark emotion and engagement. Manage creative digital graphic design assets, templates, and approvals across stakeholders. Write approachable, engaging captions and copy that speak to both professional and everyday audiences. Partner with the in‑house videographer to craft compelling, story‑led campaigns and testimonials. Track content performance, engage with comments, and apply insights to improve results. Identify emerging trends, share fresh ideas, and react quickly to cultural and platform moments. Leverage social data to guide creative decisions and optimise content performance. Work with a passionate marketing team to develop creative campaigns that showcase real recovery stories. Bring new ideas, experiment with trends, and grow your skills in a supportive environment. What You’ll Bring 1–3+ years of experience in social media content creation or management (agency, in‑house, or freelance). A proven ability to create content that grabs attention and drives engagement. Strong storytelling skills, both visual and written. Familiarity with short‑form video tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar). Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail. A proactive, collaborative attitude and openness to learning about the workplace rehab and work injury space.
