We design, manufacture, and install high-quality, safe, durable, and locally made playground equipment. Our range includes play frames, play pods, slides, sand & water play, outdoor furniture, adventure cubes, and more. Every piece is proudly made in Sydney, with in-house fabrication that enables us to maintain short lead times, ensure exceptional quality, and reduce our environmental footprint through local production. We’re now looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Content Creator to join our team on a casual basis with potential to transition to full-time. Role Overview This role is ideal for a creative professional who loves being behind the camera and crafting compelling stories. You’ll be responsible for coordinating with clients, travelling to site locations, and capturing photography and videography. You’ll also help bring our team and processes to life through authentic, engaging content — from staff bios to behind-the-scenes factory insights. In addition to visual storytelling, we’re expanding the scope to include written content creation. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to develop articles and case studies that showcase our projects in greater depth, highlight client success stories, and support our broader content strategy across platforms and campaigns. Key Responsibilities Contact clients and arrange site visits for content creation Capture on-site photography and videography using your own professional equipment Create staff bios and profile content to highlight our people and culture Document and showcase factory processes to give customers behind-the-scenes insights Write articles and case studies that spotlight our projects, clients and impact Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand style and campaign needs Deliver polished content ready for publishing across digital channels Requirements Proven experience in photography and videography (portfolio required) Must have your own professional camera equipment Proficiency with content editing tools Strong understanding of social media trends and storytelling Excellent communication and people skills - comfortable interviewing staff, clients and working with children Ability to write clear, engaging copy that reflects our brand tone and values Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel to different sites Knowledge and/or prior use of Meta Ad campaigns and tailoring content to drive best results What We Offer Flexible, casual work (1–2 days per week) with potential to move to full-time in the future A chance to be creative and shape how our brand is seen online Opportunity to work with a Sydney-based, family-owned business with a strong reputation A supportive and collaborative team environment How to Apply If you’re passionate about creating engaging visual and written content - and want to work with a brand that values creativity, care and community - we’d love to hear from you.
