Program Overview The modern-day, 3rd Generation UH-60M Black Hawk helicopter is the world’s leading multi-role battlefield and special operations helicopter with a proven legacy of exceptional capability and reliability. Responsibilities Provide timely information and advice to the chain of command regarding updates or changes to regulatory publications. Assist in the development, maintenance and improvement of Standing Instructions Logistics, including managing submissions through the Standing Instructions Improvement Request (SIIR) Register. Perform internal audits within the Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO), ensuring the audit program is aligned with organisational schedules and updated as directed by the TACM. Act as the Quality System Facilitator for maintenance elements under TACM guidance. Ensure Process Audits, Product Sampling Audits, and End State Audits are completed on time, including oversight of follow-up actions through to completion. Maintain accurate and complete Quality System records, including audit reports and action plans. Ensure compliance with all periodic tasks in accordance with relevant Orders, Instructions and Publications. Essential Qualifications Internal Auditor Course Lead Auditor Course Defence Aviation Safety Regulation (DASR) Practitioner Courses (145, M, 66 and SMS) Desirable Diploma of Quality Auditing CAMM2 Manager qualification Experience Requirements Extensive exposure to quality systems within an aircraft maintenance environment. Strong knowledge of Computer Aided Maintenance Management Version 2 (CAMM2). Significant aircraft maintenance management experience. Proven experience as both a Lead Auditor and Internal Auditor. About you Lockheed Martin Australia is seeking an experienced Quality Systems Officer to support the Technical Airworthiness Compliance Manager (TACM) and play a key role in ensuring the effective operation, integrity and continual improvement of quality systems within an aviation maintenance environment. Special Requirements Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
