Quality Assurance Officer Ingleburn NSW Fulltime Food manufacturing Are you passionate about food safety and quality? Do you thrive in a hands‑on role where your attention to detail makes a real impact? Join our team as a Quality Assurance Officer and help us maintain the highest standards across our production site. About the Role As a key member of our Quality Assurance team you will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet strict safety and quality standards. From conducting inspections and audits to supporting production teams with training and guidance, your work will help us deliver excellence every day. What you will be doing Carrying out factory inspections and monitoring hygiene, traceability and packaging Performing product and water testing and analysing results Maintaining lab equipment and calibrations Leading internal audits and hygiene meetings Investigating non‑conformance and customer complaints Supporting training of production staff on quality and food safety Maintaining QA documentation, HACCP records and quality programs Promoting Good Manufacturing Practices across the site. What you will Bring Experience in quality assurance or food manufacturing (preferred) Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and food safety systems Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills Confidence in conducting audits, inspections and testing Clear communication and ability to train and guide others A proactive, organised approach and commitment to follow through Intermediate skills in Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel A genuine focus on safety, wellbeing and continuous improvement Why Huon Be part of a supportive and collaborative team Work in a dynamic environment where quality truly matters Opportunities for ongoing learning and development Contribute to a company that values integrity, safety and excellence Ready to Apply If you are ready to take the next step in your quality assurance career we would love to hear from you.
