We’re now seeking a highly capable HR Business Partner to join our team and support our leaders across the Adaptalift Group of companies including our Adaptalift New Zealand business. This is an operational, business-facing role with significant ER and IR exposure as well as broad generalist responsibility across the entire employee lifecycle. It balances operational HR delivery, ER/IR case management, project work, change initiatives, and engagement with leaders at all levels. HR Business Partnering Provide timely HR advice to leaders across multiple business units, in particular the New Zealand business Support workforce planning, job design, organisational changes and restructuring activities Coach managers in people capability, performance management and workplace conduct Build strong, trusted relationships across a multi-site operational workforce Employee & Industrial Relations Manage end-to-end ER/IR matters including performance issues, conduct, grievances and investigations Ensure compliance with Awards, Enterprise Agreements and employment legislation (Australia & New Zealand) Minimise business risk through sound advice, documentation and procedural fairness Support EBA processes and negotiations Projects, Programs & Change Contribute to the rollout of HR initiatives, programs and cyclical processes Support L&D activities in partnership with internal stakeholders Develop and refine HR workflows, tools and documentation Reporting & Administration Prepare HR reports Ensure documentation, records and processes meet compliance and audit standards What It Takes to Succeed This role requires a confident, grounded HR generalist from a strong senior advisory or business partnering background who thrives in operational environments and enjoys solving complex people challenges.
