We currently have 2 Senior PWP vacancies, 1 based at Lotus House in Northampton in our Central Team, a second based at Willowbrook Health Centre in Corby in our North Team. Main duties of the job This post Band 6 Senior PWP NHS Northamptonshire Talking Therapies Supporting staff to deliver quality assessments, treatment and support to people accessing the service. Providing quality supervision, support, and a focus on wellbeing for staff providing assessments within the service. Offer expert clinical support and guidance to Step 2 staff. To ensure National Talking Therapies standards are met. To contribute to learning and development of PWP, Assistant Psychologists, Mental Health Support Practitioners and peer supporters. To provide some clinical intervention at step 2 for people with common mental health problems, particularly supporting with our groups and webinars programme. About us NHFT is an integrated primary care and mental health Trust, providing physical, mental health and specialty services in both hospital settings and out in the community. This means many of our services can be provided at home, work or in schools.We also provide health services to various prisons and detention centres in Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire. Person Specification Qualifications Post graduate cert/diploma in Low Intensity Psychological Interventions Experience Minimum of 1 year post qualification experience Experience working in a senior PWP role Disclosure and Barring Service Check This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
