Join Our Team as a Project Support Administrator at Richglen Maintenance Services Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking to play a key role in supporting site operations? Richglen Maintenance Services is seeking a Project Support Administrator to join our team on site in the Blackwater region. This hands‑on position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys supporting multiple stakeholders, and brings strong communication and coordination skills to the table. Start Date: ASAP Schedule: Monday to Thursday | 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM (3‑day weekends) Location: Blackwater area Employment Type: Permanent or Casual role available Key Responsibilities Perform accurate and timely data entry, generate daily/weekly reports, and manage project cost tracking Provide administrative support to Site Supervisors, the Project Manager, and Client Coordinate and assist with daily site operations, ensuring smooth communication and workflow Maintain accurate records, manage documentation, and support company and site compliance Take initiative with on‑site tasks like deliveries, pickups, and running errands that help keep operations moving smoothly Ensure adherence to workplace health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures What We’re Looking For Experience: Previous admin experience on site or in mining/logistics environments highly regarded Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills Systems: Confident using Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, Outlook) Attitude: Reliable, team‑oriented, self‑starter who is happy to take ownership of their role Why Join Richglen?
