We're hiring a Tech Lead to join a new squad focused on solving real customer problems through innovative, end-to-end solutions - from customer onboarding and identity verification to international money transfers. Partnering with Silicon Valley Product Group (SVPG) , we’re revolutionising engineering and delivery with a product‑led, problem‑first mindset. You’ll work hands‑on in product discovery and provide deep technical expertise to product and design on how tech can be used to better solve customer pain points. We’re interested in hearing from people who : Architect at enterprise scale while still pushing commits daily, this is a role that keeps you close to the code and design. Demonstrate mastery in at least one programming language such as .Net, Java, or Typescript Own the entire lifecycle from product inception through CI / CD orchestration, automated testing frameworks, to production release management. Lead and mentor a small team of3-5 engineers while staying hands‑on in the codebase Bring natural leadership instincts that inspire and elevate others. Tech skills We’re looking for a Tech Lead who can guide a high‑performing team while delivering hands‑on engineering solutions and solving complex technical challenges. Experience in one or more of the following is highly valued : .NET or Java, Typescript, and a willingness to work with .Net Frontend : Next, React, Angular Deep expertise in Microservices, GraphQL (Apollo), RESTful APIs, and domain‑driven design. Postgres, MongoDB, Neo4j. GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, Gitlab Runners. Container Docker and Kubernetes. AWS,S3, SNS, SQS, EC2, Lambda, EKS. OWASP Top Ten, ISO 27001.
