About the Role We are looking for casual Domestic Assistant Workers to work with our participants within the community and/or in their home. The successful applicants will work across a range of services. We are seeking people who have a genuine desire to support the aged with varied support needs across different services. You will be providing opportunities for our clients to experience life and achieve goals. We have a wide range of shifts available across a seven‑day roster, so shifts are flexible and so are we. Hours may vary depending on client needs. Key Responsibilities for a Domestic Assistant Worker You are a caring team member with a genuine interest in supporting the elderly to live a life of inclusion, opportunity, friendship, and fun. You are positive and active in building a supportive and respectful community, with a sense of belonging for both staff and participants. You are happy to assist clients with domestic needs such as household support including cleaning, tidying, laundry, and organising in line with client preferences. You are responsive to the needs and goals of our clients, delivering services in an innovative, flexible, and responsive way. Minimum Requirements Availability to work at least three shifts per week. Driver’s licence. First Aid certificate. National Police Check. NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety & You. NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC). Current NSW Working with Children Check.
