Domestic Assistant – Bendigo Advertiser Employer: Residenz Job Type: Part-time Pay: $31.13 per hour (+ super & allowances). After 3 months, hourly rate increases to $32.86. Vehicle travel paid at $0.99 per km. Overview Residenz is an innovative company within the Home‑care sector. This role involves helping elderly people in the Nelson’s Bay area to stay independent in their own homes. Duties include general home cleaning, changing bed linen, washing clothes and dishes, among other tasks. Work Location: In person at clients’ homes. Responsibilities Assist clients with cleaning and household tasks, ensuring they remain independent and comfortable in their homes. Qualifications Passionate about helping the elderly stay independent and providing great service to clients. Well organised, dependable and punctual. Good people skills, able to engage easily and tactfully with clients. Current Australian Driver’s Licence and own vehicle. Current police check. Current NDIS check. Full working rights in Australia.
