-Ideally Sydney hybrid but would consider Remote East Coast ( work from home) -18-24 Month Project Major Integration Program | Sydney We are supporting a large, complex multi-stream integration program and seeking a Program Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing across Finance, HR/P&C, Retail, Cyber and multiple supporting systems. This is a senior, high impact role at program level where you will build the testing function from scratch , set strategy, guide Test Leads, and deliver quality across a complex delivery landscape. About the Role Define the end to end test strategy (E2E, SIT, UAT, regression). Establish test governance, reporting, risk and defect processes. Oversee testing across multiple streams and vendors. Work closely with Test Leads, technical teams and business stakeholders. Drive alignment across systems including ERP (SAP), HR, Retail and Cyber. About You 10+ years experience in Test Management or Program Test roles. Strong background in large scale, multi-system, multi stream test delivery. Proven ability to set up testing frameworks from the ground up. Jira, Zephyr, X‑Ray and aware of automation concepts. Able to work both strategically and hands-on when needed. Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities. Nice to have SAP experience (Finance or HR/P&C), Retail or POS integrations, Cyber testing awareness. #J-18808-Ljbffr
