Need someone with strong migration experience. Major Migration and Integration Program We are supporting a large, complex multi-stream migration & integration program and seeking a Program Test Manager to lead end‑to‑end testing across departments Finance, HR/P&C, Retail, Cyber and multiple supporting systems. This is a senior, high‑impact role at program level where you will build the testing function from scratch, set strategy, guide Test Leads, and deliver quality across a complex delivery landscape. Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Responsibilities Define the end‑to‑end test strategy (E2E, SIT, UAT, regression). Establish test governance, reporting, risk and defect processes. Oversee testing across multiple streams and vendors. Work closely with Test Leads, technical teams and business stakeholders. Drive alignment across systems including ERP (SAP), HR, Retail and Cyber. Qualifications 10+ years experience in Test Management or Program Test roles. Strong background in large scale, multi‑system, multi‑stream test delivery. Proven ability to set up testing frameworks from the ground up. Jira, Zephyr, X‑Ray and awareness of automation concepts. Able to work both strategically and hands‑on when needed. Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.
