Business Development Associate - Medical Sector Location: BrisbaneEmployment Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role An exciting opportunity has become available for a proactive and relationship-driven Business Development Associate to support engagement across Western Australia. This is a diverse role that combines event management, business development, and stakeholder relationship building within the medical sector. You will play a key role in engaging with medical students and early-career doctors, helping to strengthen relationships and increase brand visibility. A significant part of the role involves coordinating and delivering local events — including venues, catering, speakers, logistics, and on-the-day management. You’ll also provide essential operational support to the WA Business Development team, ensuring activities run smoothly and communications are well managed. This position suits someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident representing a brand in public settings. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who can build strong, genuine relationships and represent the organisation with confidence. You should feel comfortable managing multiple priorities — from running an event to meeting stakeholders or supporting internal initiatives. We’re seeking someone with: Experience in business development, account management, stakeholder engagement, or a similar client‑facing role Exposure to healthcare, insurance, pharmaceuticals, or another professional services environment (advantageous) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of audiences Confidence speaking or presenting at events, including short sessions, introductions, or Q&A segments Strong organisational skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset This is a great opportunity for someone who loves variety, enjoys connecting with people, and wants to build their career within a respected and growing organisation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
