You’ll lead a high-dependency Supported Independent Living (SIL) service supporting clients with complex disabilities, high physical support needs, psychosocial disabilities, and complex behaviours. We’re looking for someone with Proven experience managing a complex and high-physical support SIL 3+ years experience supporting people living with complex mental health or psychosocial disabilities. A strong commitment to person-centered active support Excellent written and communication abilities. An understanding of NDIS practice standards, behaviour support, and continuous improvement plans. Willingness to work 1-2 billable shifts each week. Experience with professional development and performance management. To be successful in this role Qualifications in Social Services or a relevant field (Cert IV minimum), or significant industry experience. A strong understanding of NDIS practice standards, behaviour support and restrictive practices, and risk management principles. Full NSW Drivers Licence, Current First Aid and CPR certification.
