You’ll lead a high‑dependency Supported Independent Living (SIL) service supporting clients with complex disabilities, high physical support needs, psychosocial disabilities, and complex behaviours. We’re Looking For Someone With Proven experience managing a complex and high‑physical support SIL 3+ years experience supporting people living with complex mental health or psychosocial disabilities. A strong commitment to person‑centered active support Excellent written and communication abilities. An understanding of NDIS practice standards, behaviour support, and continuous improvement plans. Willingness to work 1‑2 billable shifts each week. Experience with professional development and performance management. To Be Successful In This Role Qualifications in Social Services or a relevant field (Cert IV minimum), or significant industry experience. A strong understanding of NDIS practice standards, behaviour support and restrictive practices, and risk management principles. Full NSW Drivers Licence, Current First Aid and CPR certification.
