Production/Outbound Supervisor - Seafood (Mon-Fri 5pm - 1am) Global Pacific Seafoods, as a key division of Global Food & Wine, specialises in providing the highest quality fresh, frozen, and value-added seafood products. We cater to the finest restaurants, cafes and hotels in SEQld and Northern NSW. Our success is built on sustainability, innovation, and teamwork — and we’re looking for a driven, hands‑on leader to keep our production floor running smoothly. Position Overview: We’re seeking a motivated and energetic Production Team Supervisor to coordinate our afternoon/night shift operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, and knows how to keep things moving — from admin to picking and packing fresh & frozen fish products through to loading and dispatch. As the shift lead, you’ll balance hands‑on work with oversight — keeping production flowing, ensuring customer orders are completed accurately in the WMS, and driving the team to hit targets without compromising quality or safety. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Shift: Coordinate the full workflow — from production through to order picking, packing, and dispatch — ensuring all pallets are wrapped, completed, and recorded in the WMS. Hands‑On Work: Jump in alongside your team to pick, pack, and prepare customer orders as required. Keep Things Moving: Motivate the team, keep tasks on track, and ensure shift goals are met on time. Quality Assurance: Maintain product quality, freshness, and presentation to company and customer standards. Efficiency & Accuracy: Monitor yields, manage wastage, and ensure accurate record‑keeping across all processes. Health & Safety: Uphold workplace health, safety, and food hygiene standards. Team Development: Support, train, and guide staff to build capability and teamwork across shifts. Systems & Admin: Finalise production paperwork and ensure all activity is recorded accurately in the WMS. What you will bring: Proven experience in seafood production, processing, or similar food manufacturing environments. Strong leadership with a practical, proactive approach — confident leading from the front. Excellent organisation and time‑management skills to keep multiple tasks moving. Clear communicator who can motivate others and maintain team focus under pressure. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
