About the role We are seeking a full time Production Supervisor who is motivated, reliable and a hard working person to join our Production team. This person will have solid communication skills, a good attitude, and strong leadership skills whilst providing support with day to day tasks. Key Requirements/Duties Supervise line leaders and line setters to ensure efficient line setup and troubleshoot equipment such as batch coders and labelling machines. Guide and supervise line leaders during setup, cleaning, and sanitation activities. Collaborate with team leaders to plan changeovers, cleaning schedules, and staff rotations based on capability and efficiency. Coordinate with compounding staff for bulk tank placement, connection and disconnection. Apply and uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in all filling operations. Ensure that the first processed product meets all specification requirements, including label details and inventory accuracy. Perform line clearances and inspections. Collaborate with the Safety Manager to complete incident reports and support toolbox talks as needed. About you A certificate or diploma in a related field (e.g. Manufacturing, Logistics, Science, or Quality) is a plus, but not mandatory. Leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams, solve problems, and maintain high standards of safety and quality. Understanding of GMP, WHS, and other relevant regulatory standards.
