Job responsibilities As the Logistics & Distribution Centre Manager, you will oversee end-to-end operations for the local distribution centre, domestic logistics, and local repair centre. Your leadership will directly shape client experience, ensure inventory accuracy, and enhance the lifelong client journey through the repair centre. Operations Management and Compliance Maintain strong relationships with our 3PL, ensuring adherence to the LV Core Model. Monitor orders and conduct daily operational checks to meet 3PL KPIs. Lead the local repair centre, manage repairs and spare‑parts supply chain, and organize in‑store animations. Oversee domestic transport performance and carrier relationships for timely, high‑quality delivery. Maintain and manage monitoring tools (Power BI) for Distribution Centre performance. Track performance, address issues, and drive continuous improvement and peak‑period readiness. Manage import/export activities and ensure customs compliance. Safeguard accurate inventory management, including cycle counting and stock cleaning. Partner with cross‑functional teams locally and regionally on projects and business needs. Champion a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration within Care Services. Vendor and Budget Management Ensure contracts are followed and adapted with the LV Procurement team. Establish and review SOPs with 3PL partners. Control costs, contribute to budget preparation/forecasting, and verify invoices. Projects and Ongoing Improvements Drive continuous improvement and process re‑engineering for efficiency, cost control, and operational performance. Participate in process re‑design, system testing, and WMS implementation. Manage the local repair centre to ensure adequate training for craftsmen and after‑sales teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and consistent quality. Liaise with IS&T, Zone Digital, and Zone Supply Chain and Logistics teams for operational improvement projects. Profile What You Will Bring Demonstrated capability in managing complex logistics and warehouse operations, including leading teams and overseeing end‑to‑end workflows, typically gained through several years of hands‑on operational and leadership experience. Proven ability to operate within high‑precision environments where quality, accuracy and service excellence are paramount, such as luxury retail supply chains or premium third‑party logistics settings. Strong systems proficiency across Infolog, SAP, WMS and TMS platforms. Expertise in import and export operations, customs requirements and inventory optimisation. A collaborative, hands‑on leadership style with a focus on developing and empowering people. Commercial acumen with a structured, agile and solutions‑driven approach.
