The Opportunity As AltX continues to scale, we’re seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Investor Relations Manager to grow and deepen engagement with our sophisticated investor base. This is a high-impact role focused on capital raising, investor education, and strategic relationship management across the private wealth ecosystem. Based in Melbourne and reporting to the National Distribution Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving investor growth and positioning AltX as the preferred partner in real estate private credit. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to expand AltX’s investor network across family offices, high net worth individuals, wealth advisory firms, and institutional investors Cultivate long-term relationships and deliver exceptional client experiences Lead investor onboarding, ensuring seamless compliance and documentation Communicate investment structures with clarity and confidence Provide timely updates and performance insights on active investments Present new investment opportunities through tailored briefings and events Capture investor preferences and build detailed profiles to inform future offerings Champion the investor voice internally to enhance product-market fit Drive capital raising initiatives for first mortgage-secured real estate loans Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to elevate brand awareness Manage sponsorships and strategic partnerships to support regional growth What Success Looks Like Consistent capital inflows from new and existing investors Strengthened investor loyalty and repeat participation Elevated market presence of AltX as a trusted private credit partner What You’ll Bring Tertiary qualifications in finance, property, business, or a related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial services, ideally in funds management, private credit, or property finance Deep understanding of real estate debt structures and private lending Proven ability to build and maintain high-trust relationships Strong commercial acumen and client-first mindset Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-starter with high attention to detail and organisational discipline Why Join AltX?
