Full Time Radiology Bookings Clerk - Customer Contact Centre Marina Radiology is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Radiology Bookings Clerk to join our dynamic Customer Contact Centre team in Berwick, Victoria. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented professional to contribute to the smooth running of our medical imaging services. All patient communication will be done via telephone or the internet. What you’ll be doing Efficiently managing patient bookings and enquiries for a range of radiology services (e.g. CT, MRI, X-ray and Ultrasound) Providing exceptional customer service to both patients and healthcare providers Maintaining accurate patient records and scheduling information Coordinating with our radiology teams to ensure timely and seamless appointment scheduling Assisting with other administrative tasks as required to support the overall operations of the Customer Contact Centre The role will require you to work a rotating 38 hour roster between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday and the occasional Saturday (overtime rates apply).
