As a Senior Paralegal you will support the Legal, Risk and Compliance pillar that underpins global operations across every phase of the asset lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: - Managing the legal inbox, triaging incoming legal requests and supporting lawyers in the administration of NDAs and Business Agreements; - Maintaining accurate corporate records, file management and tracking contractual obligations; - Conducting legal research across jurisdictions, monitoring regulatory developments and preparing lawyer‑reviewed insights; - Driving process improvement and legal‑tech adoption to streamline workflows and enhance compliance; - Supporting compliance monitoring by tracking contractual and regulatory obligations across teams. Core experience and skills required: - Ability to manage complex legal information, structure workflows and meet competing deadlines; - Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills; - Design and maintain compliant, confidential and audit‑ready document systems with robust version control; - Lead workflow design, process improvements and track legal metrics; - Evaluate, implement and train on legal‑tech tools such as contract lifecycle and spend systems; - Conduct cross‑jurisdictional legal research and translate findings into actionable strategic insights; - Monitor regulatory changes, advise on business impacts and support proactive compliance planning.
