A world of potential We are excited to share a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Compliance Manager to join our Global Risk Group. As a Senior Compliance Manager you will play a key role in ensuring compliance primarily at a local (ANZ) level, while also collaborating with Compliance teams across the globe to support compliance frameworks and reporting activities. Your work will be critical to the accurate and timely execution of compliance‑related tasks, ensuring high standards of quality and precision. Key Responsibilities Oversee and ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations, and industry standards Identify, assess and mitigate compliance risks within the organization Create and update compliance policies and procedures to align with regulatory changes and business needs Conduct training sessions for employees to promote awareness and understanding of compliance requirements Implement monitoring programs to ensure ongoing compliance and prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies Provide expert advice to business units on compliance‑related matters and support them in implementing compliant practices Support the handling of external client issues and regulatory inquiries What you bring to the role The role requires a good understanding of the ANZ regulatory environment, the markets in which Computershare ANZ operates, the products and services it offers and Computershare’s governance arrangements. Key skills we’re looking for: Experience within a financial services role, ideally with a compliance and/or reporting background, for an ASIC or APRA regulated firm Experience with ASX, NSX, ASIC, AFCA, FMA, AUSTRAC and OAIC regulations: in‑depth knowledge of local regulatory environments Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business or a related field Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations and industry standards Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities Attention to detail and ability to interpret complex information Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders Proficiency in using compliance software and tools Rewards designed for you Flexible work to help you find the best balance between work and lifestyle.
