Full Time Food Service Assistant – Morning Shifts Progress Your Career Today Friendly and dynamic team Work for one of Australia’s leading hospital groups – St. Vincent’s Fitzroy About the Role You will be responsible for providing meal and beverage services to all internal and external SVHM customers. This includes plating, cleaning, restocking and some basic meal preparation and production. Set up, clean, and restock plating area Provide correct food and beverage items as per patient meal tickets Clean food and beverage trolleys and trays, crockery, cutlery etc. Prepare salad and sandwiches as required Classifications for this position will range from IN13 - IN14 ($49,145 - $53,508 per annum pro rata). We are fully functional kitchen operating 365 days of the year, producing approximately 2500 meals daily in accordance to the “cook-chill” methodology for all sites. The department consists of over 85 employees, ranging from cooks / chefs, kitchen hands and food service assistants.
