Base pay range A$90,000.00/yr - A$110,000.00/yr Senior Field Technical Specialist – CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management) I am seeking an experienced professional to join a leading healthcare organisation in the Cardiac Rhythm Management field. In this senior role, you will provide advanced technical expertise to support the implantation and follow‑up of pacemakers, defibrillators, CRT devices and leadless pacemaker technologies. You will work closely with clinicians and territory managers, deliver training to hospital staff, and troubleshoot complex cases to ensure the highest standard of patient care. LOCATION Victoria (Melbourne‑based role with travel across the region) BENEFITS Career development with a global organisation offering long‑term growth opportunities Access to comprehensive health and well being programs Flexible working arrangements to support work‑life balance A diverse and inclusive workplace recognised internationally for excellence ROLE DESCRIPTION Provide technical expertise during implantation of pacemakers, defibrillators, CRT devices and leadless pacemakers Deliver case support and troubleshooting at implant and follow‑up clinics Conduct technical training and education sessions for hospital staff and clinicians Support Territory Managers with customer calls, sales opportunities and business growth objectives Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and commence/hold IBHRE certification Assist with product launches, marketing activities, conferences and trade shows Identify customer needs and provide market feedback on competitor activity Participate in the on‑call roster as required Ensure compliance with all quality, safety and regulatory standards REQUIREMENTS Minimum 5 years’ experience working specifically with Cardiac Rhythm Management products Tertiary qualifications in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Science, Human Movement, Nursing (Coronary Care) or a related field Certification in Low and High Voltage CRM products are preferred but not essential IBHRE certification highly regarded Experience with leadless pacemaker implants strongly preferred Strong organisational skills, self‑motivation and ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly ABOUT i-PHARM CONSULTING i-Pharm Consulting is a specialist Recruitment Company servicing the global Life Sciences industry.
