We are seeking a Senior Application Specialist to join our customer team. This is on‑site working from the customer office at Laverton and reports into the Practice Manager. Responsibilities and Accountabilities Application Development, Enhancement, and Support of technical components in 3rd party applications Enhancements to application components where appropriate Respond to alerts raised by application monitoring, investigate and resolve Follow ITIL best practice for incident management Proactively check processes to identify issues before they affect deliverables Analyse data‑related issues to determine how best to resolve application integrity issues Application Support for all business applications and interfaces Technical assistance for business teams relating to general application queries affecting their functional areas Involvement in project handovers to ensure a smooth transition to production support Ensure database performance, replication and data backups are operating efficiently Requirements and Experience HTML C# (Model-View-Controller or similar pattern, secure Web API, deployment and packaging) JSON Object‑oriented programming concepts Microsoft SQL Server 2017 or later: TSQL, stored procedures/views, knowledge of database schema, indexing, performance optimisation .NET Core 3.1 or later (latest is .NET 8.x) Version control Internet Information Services (IIS) JQuery Bootstrap NuGet Automated testing Jira/Confluence (Atlassian suite) SSL certificates DevOps/DevSecOps/CI‑CD Australian Citizenship is mandatory. Current or reinstatable AGSVA NV1 Security clearance, NV2 is preferred. Why Fujitsu?
