We are seeking an Experienced Florist to join our team at In Full Bloom in South Melbourne VIC 3205 . This is a casual position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment, contributing to the success of our thriving floral business. What you'll be doing Crafting beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets to delight our customers. Providing excellent customer service and advice to ensure each customer's needs are met. Maintaining the store's presentation and ensuring all products are well-stocked and kept fresh. Assisting with inventory management and ordering of new stock. Collaborating with the team to contribute ideas and support the overall goals of the business. What we're looking for Extensive experience as a qualified florist, with a strong background in floristry. Certificate IV in Floristry or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2-3 years of professional floristry experience. Exceptional floral design skills and a keen eye for detail. Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide expert advice. Strong time management and organisational skills to manage a fast-paced environment. A creative flair and passion for the floristry industry. Australian work rights are essential for this position.
