About The Opportunity Are you highly organised and thrive on supporting senior leaders to achieve their goals? If so, the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) Assistant role with Total Tools & Hardware Group (part of Metcash) could be the perfect fit for you. This role provides essential administrative support to our Executive General Managers including our CFO, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings, travel, and executive activities. You’ll manage priorities, handle confidential information with discretion, and keep everything running efficiently behind the scenes. Working closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO and other key stakeholders, you’ll play a critical role in enabling our leadership team to focus on strategic priorities while you take care of the details. This role operates across both our Port Melbourne and Heatherton sites and requires 5‑day on‑site presence due to the nature of the position. Occasional work‑from‑home arrangements can be discussed with the leaders you support. Responsibilities Schedule and manage ELT meetings, agendas, and minutes Coordinate meeting logistics (rooms, catering, tech setup) Arrange domestic and international travel Prepare itineraries and ensure policy compliance Process expense claims and reconcile AMEX transactions Liaise between ELT, CEO’s office, and other departments Support executive events and activities when required Promote a strong safety culture Qualifications Proven experience in executive support or similar role Excellent organisational and time management skills High level of discretion and professionalism Advanced MS Office and collaboration tools proficiency Strong written and verbal communication skills Proactive, adaptable, and solutions‑focused Benefits ️ Extra Leave: 5th week of annual leave, 2 well‑being days, plus 1 volunteer day annually Career Growth: Endless learning and development opportunities Parental Leave: 12 weeks of gender‑neutral paid leave for primary carers Inclusive Culture: Bronze Employer for LGBTQ Inclusion ⚖️ Neutral Pay Gap: Gender pay gap under 5% (WGEA 2024–2025)
