About Us About Us We are a boutique Perth-based builder located in central Fremantle , delivering high-quality residential custom home construction and commercial fit-out projects. We specialise in multi-storey townhouses, villas, and premium retail fit-outs — and are expanding into apartment developments next year. About the Role About the Role We're looking for a full‑time Senior Construction Estimator / Project Scheduler to coordinate project programs, scheduling, and estimation across our growing portfolio. You'll work directly with the Director and two supervisors to plan timelines, monitor progress, and assist with preconstruction take‑offs and tender support. Candidates must hold a valid work visa or have appropriate work authorisation to work in Australia. This role is ideal for a self‑motivated and delivery‑focused professional who enjoys variety, autonomy, and problem‑solving. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (residential & commercial) Coordinate sequencing and lookahead programs with site supervisors Monitor progress, forecast delays, and recommend recovery actions Perform quantity take‑offs using Bluebeam, Beams Build or similar tools Assist in cost estimation and tender preparation for upcoming projects Track procurement and long‑lead material timelines Align schedules with contract claims, variations, and reporting milestones Help improve and standardise internal scheduling and estimation systems Skills and Experience 5–10+ years' experience in construction scheduling, planning, or estimating Background in both residential and commercial building environments Proficient in MS Project , Excel , Bluebeam (or similar) Familiar with Beams Build (bonus, not essential) Strong understanding of WA construction processes and sequencing Excellent communication, time management, and coordination skills Who You Are Self‑motivated and able to deliver outcomes with minimal supervision Detail‑oriented and practical – understands how things happen on site Proactive communicator who enjoys solving problems Organised, dependable, and invested in seeing projects succeed Why Join Us Full‑time, permanent position in Fremantle Flexible work arrangement – one day WFH per week Diverse projects across residential and commercial sectors Work directly with the Director and make a genuine impact Long‑term growth opportunity toward Project Controls / Project Manager role How to Apply If you're an experienced scheduler or planner ready to take ownership and grow with a quality‑focused builder, we'd love to hear from you.
