Team Lead – IT Recruitment (QLD Government) Public Sector People partners with Local, State and Federal Government, and the Not for Profit sector. Role Summary Lead and grow our Infrastructure Technology recruitment function in Queensland. You will run a high-performing IT desk across government and not for profit clients, develop new business, mentor consultants, and act as 2IC for the State Manager when required. Key Responsibilities Manage end to end recruitment across temporary, fixed term and future permanent opportunities within QLD Government and not for profit clients Build, maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients while driving new business opportunities across the QLD market Leverage established talent pools and panel access to deliver fast, high quality outcomes and grow PSP’s brand in the QLD Government space Lead client meetings, briefings and presentations, providing market insight and strategic advice Prepare proposals, contribute to tender responses and support panel engagements Coach and support consultants, contributing to the growth and development of the IT team Act as State Manager delegate when required to ensure smooth day to day operations What you will bring Three to five years in a 180 client focused or 360 recruitment role with strong experience recruiting IT roles Government recruitment experience is desirable but not essential Ambition to step into leadership with the professionalism to set the standard for others Commercial mindset with strength in outbound business development and relationship management Strategic thinker who can problem solve, advise clients and create tailored solutions Drive to become a recognised market leader in QLD Government recruitment Why join PSP Vibrant Brisbane office close to public transport and great food options Twenty five days annual leave with Christmas closure covered by PSP Additional leave for each year of service Quarterly High Achiever events and annual High Achievers trips Monthly team building and quarterly health and wellbeing events Laptop and iPhone provided and fully expensed Established access to Government panels so you can hit the ground running How to apply For a confidential chat please reach out to or call .
