Job Title – Customer Success Consultant – Childcare SoftwareLocation:

We’re also looking for a self-starter who can manage their own priorities and can affectively balance a hybrid working role.Responsibilities:Customer Onboarding:

Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Provide training sessions to educate clients on the features and functionality of our childcare software.Account Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.Conduct regular check-ins to assess client needs and address any concerns. Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and provide customised solutions.Customer Support:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests in addition to our dedicated customer support. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary. Provide ongoing support to ensure clients maximise the value of our software.Product Knowledge:

Stay current on product updates and enhancements. Train clients on new features and functionalities as they are introduced.Customer Feedback:

Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Work closely with the product development team to communicate customer needs and contribute to product enhancements.Retention and Expansion:

Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional features to existing clients.Finally, as a key member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your skill set in other areas of the business if you choose to do so. Including trainings, webinars, community engagement, sales, demos, CRM management and more.Qualifications:·

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (and/or) experience in the childcare industry.·

Proven experience in customer success or account management, preferably in the software industry (and/or) experience in childcare operations, marketing or enrolments.·

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.·

Knowledge of the childcare industry is a plus.·

Ability to quickly understand and articulate technical concepts.·

Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mentality.·
