Overview Technical Lead - Salesforce. CoStar Group is a leading global provider of commercial and residential real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. This role focuses on leading the delivery of Salesforce solutions within the Commercial Tech Operations Squad, leveraging Vlocity and Salesforce Industries CPQ to enhance and customize the CRM for commercial operations. You will work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Principal Engineers, and Business Systems Engineers to establish technical requirements and steer technical direction, while setting and continuously improving technical standards and development practices in line with ITIL principles for technical operations. Responsibilities Lead the delivery of Salesforce solutions, with emphasis on Vlocity and Salesforce Industries CPQ, to support commercial operations. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Principal Engineers, and Business Systems Engineers to establish technical requirements and guide project direction. Set and improve technical standards and development practices to ensure high-quality, scalable, and performant solutions. Ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to best practices in ITIL-aligned technical operations. Own support calls and drive issue resolution efficiently; mentor and coach engineers in best practices. Design software solutions with scalability and performance in mind; provide technical leadership in project delivery. Qualifications Proven track record in Salesforce development with experience in a leadership role. Experience with Vlocity, Salesforce Media Cloud, or Salesforce Industries CPQ. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Omniscript, and Salesforce APIs. Strong ability to own and drive support issues to resolution and mentor engineers on best practices. Salesforce Certifications (ideally multiple of the following): OmniStudio Developer, OmniStudio Consultant, Industries CPQ Developer, Administrator (ADM 201), Platform Developer I. Why join us?
