The Opportunity We are seeking an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to support the growing administration needs across several business units within the Group. This full-time role is perfect for someone who loves working in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety, and thrives on supporting teams to deliver great outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality administration support across multiple divisions Assist with project documentation, handovers and internal workflows Prepare invoice claims, payment schedules and track project retentions Support internal budget meeting preparationReview supplier invoices and maintain organized documentation Coordinate internal/external meetings, including diary and email management Create and update project folders General administrative support as required What You’ll Bring High attention to detail and strong organizational ability Ability to prioritise, work independently and meet deadlines A friendly and approachable nature with a professional attitude Experience with SharePoint, Excel & Microsoft Word is an advantage Why Join Us?
