Senior Business Analyst – SDLC and Integration This organisation operates within the property industry and is part of a medium‑sized enterprise. They are focused on leveraging technology to streamline operations and deliver innovative solutions for their clients.
Job Description
Analyse and document business requirements to support SDLC and integration projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories. Facilitate workshops to identify and address business challenges.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. Contribute to testing strategies and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and management. Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Confidently produce Level 4 and Level 5 BPMNs, capturing business processes across entire value chains or business functions. The Successful Applicant A Successful Senior Business Analyst Should Have Proven experience in SDLC and integration projects. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience
in the property industry is highly regarded. Proficiency in creating functional specifications and user stories. Knowledge of testing methodologies and UAT processes. Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
Proven experience writing technical interface specifications (e.g., APIs, system integrations). Strong facilitation skills, with experience leading workshops and stakeholder meetings. Solid understanding of data models, databases, and data mapping. Proficiency with tools such as DevOps, Confluence, Excel, and SQL.
