About the role You’ll join a large energy developer as an on‑site Electrical Supervisor, supporting the delivery of transmission and substation works. The role involves coordinating HV contractors, monitoring site progress, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and representing the client's interests on site. Duties Maintain a strong on‑site presence to coordinate contractors and manage HV construction activities Ensure all works meet quality, technical, and contractual requirements Monitor project progress, elevate risks, and support mitigation strategies Provide guidance on technical and operational issues Liaise with project management and client teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely resolution of issues Support readiness reviews, site acceptance, and handover processes Skills & experience Strong transmission and substation construction experience (TransGrid, Essential Energy, AusGrid) Proven supervisory experience coordinating contractors on HV projects Awareness of HV equipment Ability to independently manage site interfaces and proactively identify risks Genuine experience in transmission/substation construction EPC delivery experience highly valuedElectrical licence is needed FIFO offered All travel and accommodation costs covered Competitive pay with overtime and laha paid Exposure to major transmission projects and strong career progression opportunities Company & culture You’ll be part of a national energy delivery team known for strong technical governance, collaborative project structures, and supportive leadership.
