About the role Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Motorcycle & Power Products, this role will play a key role in shaping our brand presence across Motorcycles, Marine, and Power Equipment divisions. You will lead the creation and management of engaging, purpose-driven content that connects with our audiences and drives strategic outcomes. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with internal teams, agencies, ambassadors, and global partners to deliver high-impact content across social and digital platforms. How you'll make an impact Develop and execute content and social media strategies in line with our goals Support and extend product launches, sales, and brand campaigns Collaborate with influencers, creators, and partners to drive authentic engagement Use data and customer feedback to report on campaign performance, share insights, and recommend improvements Partner with our in-house and social agencies to deliver high-quality content and campaigns Ensure marketing activities are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope Work closely with digital and website teams to enhance user journeys and content performance Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and franchise partners Develop, implement and maintain processes for social community management and escalation What you'll bring to Honda Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field 2+ years' experience in social media and content management Proven expertise across key platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit Strong understanding of community management and customer engagement tools and best practice Experience working with creators, influencers, agencies, and internal teams Proficiency in planning tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics dashboards Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills Familiarity with SEO, video workflows, and digital asset systems A valid Motorcycle and/or boat licence is desirable The Honda Experience Attractive lease programs – vehicles & motorcycles Product discounts – vehicles, motorcycles, power equipment, accessories & merchandise Free loan program for lawn and garden equipment (Victorian Associates) Flexible Work Arrangements Exciting Engagement Activities – Associates Day, end of year activities & divisional offsites Employee Assistance Program for associates & immediate family members Cultural Flex Days – substitute two public holidays Access to professional development courses Free parking Why join Honda Australia?
