What you'll be doing Deliver IPL and advanced skin treatments (pigmentation, vascular, tattoo removal, carbon facials). Manage daily clinic operations — client care, stock, reporting, and presentation. Create smooth systems and processes as the clinic scales. Drive results through education, upselling, and package conversions. Support future team growth and training. About you Confident with IPL and advanced skin treatments. Minimum 2 years of IPL and laser treatment experience is desirable. Experienced in sales and client relationships. A natural leader who's hands-on and organised. Minimum 1-2 years of management or leadership experience is beneficial. Ready to roll up your sleeves and grow something new. Certificate IV Beauty or Dermal Therapy qualifications required. Australian work rights are essential for this position.
