As our Bid Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our growth - leading, planning, and managing bids and tenders for government, residential Class 2, and commercial projects. You’ll collaborate across teams, influence outcomes, and deliver high-quality proposals that showcase Mono’s capabilities, strengths and values. Your Key Contributions Review and analyse tender documentation (RFT/RFP) and client objectives. Manage, draft, edit and submit content for EOIs, Tenders, Bids and Panel Submissions. Collaborate with internal teams for tender and proposal input. Present Mono’s value proposition with clarity and impact. Maintain accurate records and drive knowledge sharing. What you bring: A hunger for challenge, initiative, attention to detail and continuous learning. Experience as Bid Lead in tendering, bids, and submissions for Residential Class 2 projects, including Design & Construct (D&C), Lump Sum contracts. Proven expertise in bid management, stakeholder engagement, and persuasive proposal writing. Excellent communication, writing and editing skills. Proficient in MS365, Projects, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Business or a related field (highly desirable).
