Our client, an award-winning design studio where design sits at the heart, is looking for a bid coordinator to help shape compelling submissions and support business development. Join the Business Development & Marketing Team and work alongside leading Graphics Design, Visual Arts, Architecture, Communications and Interior Design professionals. Job responsibilities Writing and producing customised tenders, bids and proposals Maintaining templates, CVs and project sheets Liaising with internal architects, designers and relevant stakeholders Identifying suitable business opportunities and presenting them to the team Updating broad marketing material to a high level of quality and accuracy Regularly updating CRM data Skills and experience Previous experience in a submissions role within the design or a related industry is preferred Degree in Marketing or Graphic Design is preferred Experience managing the layout and production of large documents, particularly using InDesign Ability to work within established brand guidelines Strong software skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, etc.) Strong time management capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and a methodical approach Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team A passion for learning and continuous improvement Our client is looking for someone who is: Organised Team focused Resourceful Motivated Client focused Trustworthy Diplomatic Bring your creativity, eye for detail and energy to a team where your ideas help shape opportunities and influence real project outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
