Overview SA / WA / QLD Business Manager and Healthcare Specialist Recruiter with over 15 years of experience. Leverage YOUR Sales Achievements and Intrinsic Drive to Achieve Success with this LARGE US Medical Device Company. Responsibilities Sales of highly regarded implants to surgeons in Perth while liaising with National and International Key Opinion Leaders. Responsible for increasing usage of these implants across hospital departments. Deliver presentations to surgeons, establish trials, facilitate staff training, and provide theatre support. Utilize the business to consolidate existing successful business relationships. Share successes with a small national team. Qualifications & Experience Strong Sales Experience and Proven Results or a drive to win at selling and learn the Surgical IMPLANT Portfolio. Background understanding of Anatomy and Physiology. Previous Device Sales Experience, Hospital sales or Pharmaceuticals. Experience as a HSR (Hospital Territory Manager). Previous Theatre Exposure. Ability to adapt & learn quickly. Superb presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Tertiary qualifications preferred in a scientific, allied health field, or marketing / business qualifications.
