The Opportunity Are you ready to elevate your sales career and make a real impact in healthcare? We’re looking for a Territory Manager to join our Surgical Technologies division, focused on a portfolio that includes Neptune 3, Neptune S, and the SafeAir Smoke Evacuation Pencil. These capital equipment solutions are designed to simplify surgical waste management, evacuate smoke, and create safer, cleaner operating rooms for patients and staff. You’ll be working with hospitals to implement technologies that transform the surgical environment and empower providers to deliver the highest standard of care. This is a Queensland-based role, covering hospitals and healthcare facilities across the metropolitan region and surrounding areas. What You\'ll Do Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to exceed targets Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share Build strong relationships with nurses, theatre managers, biomedical engineers, procurement teams and hospital C-Suite Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction Deliver product demonstrations, educational sessions, and training programs Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale clinical support Who You Are Minimum Requirements Proven success in sales with a track record of exceeding targets (3+ years) Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences Strategic mindset with business acumen and market analysis skills Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Queensland and surrounding regions Preferred Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Health, Business, Nursing, Engineering, or related field Knowledge of hospitals and selling in the healthcare setting What We Offer A high-performing team committed to making a difference Competitive remuneration and lucrative performance-based incentives Innovative products that improve lives Career ownership and development opportunities within a global Fortune 500 company Perks like paid parental leave, volunteer & wellbeing days, education assistance and more Ready to make your next move?
