Job Details Location: Sydney Campus Employment type: Full-time Seniority level: Not applicable Pay range: A$71,725.00/yr – A$77,668.00/yr Benefits: 17% employer superannuation Salary packaging options available 20 days family and domestic violence leave per annum 20 days gender affirmation leave per annum 10 days Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural and ceremonial leave per annum 5 weeks annual leave plus Christmas week shutdown per annum About the role The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Placement and Administrative Assistant is a key member of the administrative team responsible for supporting the effective and efficient operation of the School/Faculty office. This role provides administrative support for Nursing placements and student related support within the School of Health, including the confidential management of information and documentation, and assistance with student related processes. Working collaboratively within the team, the position contributes to the coordination and organisation of student placements and general support to ensure smooth and timely operations. The incumbent will be required to work independently at times, demonstrating initiative and sound judgement to support both students and staff. The role operates under the general direction of the Team Leader, Faculty of Medicine and Health.
