WIL Placement and Administrative Assistant Reference Number - WIL Placement and Administrative Assistant Faculty of Medicine and Health About the role Continuing, full-time $71,725 to $77,668 per annum (HEO4) Plus 17% employer superannuation Salary packaging options are available 20 days family and domestic violence leave per annum 20 days gender affirmation leave per annum 10 days Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural and ceremonial leave per annum 5 weeks annual leave plus Christmas week shutdown, per annum Location: Sydney Campus Applicants must have appropriate Australian work rights for the duration of this position (UNE will not provide sponsorship for this position) The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Placement and Administrative Assistant is a key member of the administrative team responsible for supporting the effective and efficient operation of the School/Faculty office. This role provides administrative support for Nursing placements and administrative student related support within the School of Health, including the confidential management of information and documentation, and assistance with student-related processes. Working collaboratively within the team, the position contributes to the coordination and organisation of student placements and general support to ensure smooth and timely operations. The incumbent will be required to work independently at times, demonstrating initiative and sound judgement to support both students and staff. The role operates under the general direction of the Team Leader, Faculty of Medicine and Health.
