As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Estimator / Contracts Administrator to join our team and play a key role in delivering commercial glazing projects from tender through to completion. About the Role This dual-function role is ideal for someone with experience in estimating and/or project administration who enjoys variety, responsibility, and seeing projects through end-to-end. Glazing experience is not essential—we will provide all necessary training. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate estimates, RFI’s, and tender submissions for commercial glazing projects Analyse and interpret project drawings, programs, specifications, and engineering details Manage projects from award to completion, including scheduling, materials ordering, site coordination, handover documentation and builder/client communication Liaise effectively with builders, suppliers, and subcontractors Provide day-to-day administrative support and coordination to our office, fabrication, and site teams Monitor project progress, budgets, variations, end-of-month claims, reporting, and timelines Utilise V6 Glazing software and other internal systems (training provided) About You You are detail-oriented, analytical, and confident working across both estimating and project administration. You communicate well, enjoy working in a small team, and take pride in producing high-quality results. We are flexible with working hours for the right candidate.
