The Role – Your Front-Row Seat to Scaling a Business As Manager Operations Improvement and Analysis, you’ll be the closest thought partner to our General Manager of Victoria , working across sales, pricing, operations, cost management, and digital strategy. You’ll be at the center of the action – from high-level strategic brainstorming to real-time execution on the ground. We don’t believe in months of deliberation. Here, we ideate, execute, iterate, and grow – fast. You’ll have the freedom (and expectation) to challenge the status quo, design new solutions, and drive change at an incredible pace. What You’ll Own Strategic Impact – Design and execute game-changing initiatives that fuel profitability, efficiency, and scalability.Data-Driven Decision Making – Dive into data, uncover insights, and use them to drive smart, high-impact decisions.️ Operational Execution – Work hand-in-hand with frontline teams, ensuring your ideas translate into real, measurable improvements. Cross-Functional Leadership – Collaborate with Product, Business Intelligence, and Operations to align strategies and deliver results. Iterate & Optimize – We move fast, test ideas, and refine them in real time – you’ll be the driving force behind this process. What We’re Looking For Owner’s Mindset – You take initiative, move fast, and care deeply about results.Top-Tier Problem Solver – 2-4 years in MBB, PIP, A&M, Strategy& or similar consulting backgrounds , ideally with experience in operational improvements. Data-Driven & Analytical – Strong Excel modeling, data analysis, and storytelling through PowerPoint.Execution Machine – You thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects while staying laser-focused on outcomes.Adaptable & Curious – You love tackling ambiguous challenges and can navigate through uncertainty with confidence.People-Centric Communicator – Strong ability to engage, influence, and collaborate across all levels of the business.
