We aim to work with our parents to produce young people of faith and character. We are a Catholic Co‑educational College in Tarneit, West of Melbourne with 1300 students. Our College continues to grow and embraces the Berry Street Education Model as a key strategy in supporting the learning and wellbeing needs of our students. Thomas Carr College is also a leading provider of VCE offshore delivery and opportunities exist for international travel as part of a mentoring role that attracts the generous time and financial allowance. The Role The Marketing and Community Connections Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Marketing and Community Connections team, which includes promotion of the College within the school and external communities through building relationships and ensuring continued strengthening of the College reputations. Extending to the events hosted by the College and the Registrar functions, including the staff in those teams. Salary In accordance with the Catholic Education Multi‑Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA), the salary range for this role is from Category NESC 5-3 $112,817 to 5-5 $118,390 as per the Schedule of Salary.
