Working closely with our executive team you will develop and implement strategies that will drive growth and profitability for the Queensland Branch. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Team to develop and implement strategies that will drive growth and profitability for the company.You have the ability to identify areas for business expansion and will implement strategies to capitalize on opportunities. This role will allow you to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction is at the forefront of all operations.Your Responsibilities will include:Develop and implement strategic plans for the business to ensure sustainable growth and profitabilityProvide leadership, direction, and guidance to the team to ensure they achieve their targets and objectivesDevelop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholdersAnalyse market trends and competition to identify opportunities and threatsEnsure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on the performance of the business.Identify and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.Requirements:Tertiary qualification in Management, Sales or a related field is a must-have.Multiple years of relevant experience in a leadership role, preferably in the document management solutions industryStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven track record of achieving business targets and objectivesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentDemonstrated experience in managing a diverse teamStrong knowledge of financial management principles and practicesIf you are a highly motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for excellence, we would love to hear from you.Please send your resume, plus a short cover-letter explaining why you are the right person to join our team.Kyocera is an Equal Opportunity Employer, offering attractive employee benefits and an enjoyable working environment.
