We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist who wants to grow, be coached, and play a key role in expanding our market impact. You’ll work closely with industry professionals and customers who rely on accurate, reliable scientific instruments to get their job done right. What you’ll do Develop and qualify new business opportunities Build long‑term, trust‑based client relationships Support prospects with technical understanding and product insights Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting Stay across product updates and industry trends Represent TPS at industry events and trade shows What we’re looking for 3+ years in sales or business development with proven results Experience in scientific, water quality, environmental, or industrial sectors is a bonus Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to learn technical products confidently Someone who is self‑motivated, curious, and committed to doing quality work A relationship‑builder who values long‑term partnerships Who thrives here People who enjoy being part of a collaborative team, who take pride in what they sell, and who want to grow into bigger roles over time.
