About the Role: Business Development Associate We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our Business Development team in the Patient Solutions Business Unit where you'll uncover new opportunities, present innovative solutions to potential clients, managing opportunities through the various stages of a pipeline. In this role, you'll be instrumental in expanding our business and forging meaningful partnerships within the pharmaceutical industry. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with clients, including networking with potential clients, attending industry events, and following up with leads. Developing and implementing business development strategies, by creating a plan for how to reach potential clients, what products or services to offer, and how to close deals. Develop and deliver presentations for potential clients, as well as presenting to internal stakeholders. Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships. Manage opportunities through all stages of the business development pipeline. What we’re looking for: A motivated professional with experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a strong understanding of industry trends. Client management experience Business acumen, analytical mindset, excellent communication, and advanced PowerPoint proficiency. A proactive, results-driven professional who thrives on building partnerships and driving business growth. A passion for healthcare and a commitment to client success Experience in agency or patient solutions, with a strong understanding of patient engagement and healthcare marketing strategies.
