Please note this is for the 2026 Armadale Hospital, Obstetrics Gynaecology Senior Registrar Intake commencing February 2026. This is a Recruitment Pool for Fixed Term Full Time appointment for 12 months with the possibility of extension(s). Position Profile We are seeking to appoint suitably experienced and enthusiastic individuals to the position of Obstetrics Gynaecology Senior Registrar. This position will require provision of high quality patient‑centred care, including elective and on‑call commitments, to all Obstetrics and Gynaecology in‑patients under the supervision of the supervising Consultant within a multi‑disciplinary team. The registrar works in accordance with the EMHS values of Kindness, Respect, Collaboration, Excellence, Integrity and Accountability. Provides training, supervision and education for Registrars, Resident Medical Officers and Interns. In collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, works to achieve National, State and East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS) performance standards and the National Safety and Quality Healthcare Standards. Adheres to the policies and guidelines of the department and participates in quality improvement programs.
